Concern over NH Supreme Court Chief Justice nomination!

This is why the Executive Council is so important! They vote on NH Supreme Court nominations!

Thursday night there was a spirited conversation at the meeting of the Hanover/Lyme Democrats as Executive Councilor Mike Cryans responded to questions about the upcoming hearing for Gordon MacDonald, who has been nominated to serve as Chief Justice of the NH Supreme Court.

While Mike explained that he wanted to hear how MacDonald answered questions, he also refused to indicate how he would vote should MacDonald prove anti-choice and/or anti-voting rights.

We are deeply concerned that Mike Cryans has not developed any criteria for deciding on his vote. He did indicate that he was open to receiving emails, and we would encourage you to email him at: mikejcryans@gmail.com.

We are reposting the editorial published in the Valley News and the Concord Monitor for those who want to know specifics about MacDonald’s past.

Please consider taking a few minutes to email a personal note to Mike, mikejcryans@gmail.com.
